According to surveys and data from American Express and Payscale, the average entrepreneur pays themselves between $68,000 to $72,000 per year.
Here’s a little secret- many entrepreneurs aren’t paying themselves at all!
With these kinds of numbers, some might think entrepreneurs are either crazy, don’t care about making money, or are just doing the work because they love it. While some of that may be true in my case I know I do care about money and I am sure you do to. Especially right now when gas prices are off the charts.
As I end my 4 week series on Making the Kind of Money You Want to Make in Your Business, on this week’s podcast the topic is how to pay yourself.
Two of the most frequent questions I get are:
“How do I pay myself” and “How much should I pay myself”
This week’s podcast will explain the ins and outs of paying yourself correctly and legally, as well as how to tell when and if you are ready.
