Foundations is designed for service-based business owners who want to take control of their bookkeeping but aren’t ready for a full-service option. It’s ideal for small agencies, firms, and B2B service providers. 

Additionally, those business owners that have businesses that are non-complex are most likely to be successful (a complex business has assets like vehicles or buildings, loans, multiple W-2 employees, multiple payment processing methods–Paypal, Zelle, CashApp). 

We may decline entry into the program for businesses that we do not believe will be successful due to the complexity of their businesses.

Answer:  Xero and QuickBooks Online are the two financial software available for this program.  If you’re unsure which platform is right for you, we can recommend one during the setup process.

Each month, you’ll have access to a live Zoom session where you can ask questions, get expert advice, and troubleshoot bookkeeping challenges. It’s also a great opportunity to learn from the experiences of other entrepreneurs in the program.

We’ve got you covered! Foundations members receive discounted one-on-one support for more in-depth assistance. You can book additional coaching sessions as needed.

For an additional fee, we can perform a clean up (correct errors) of existing bookkeeping systems. 

No.  Foundations is designed to ensure your books are set up correctly and that you know how to maintain them.  The monthly office ours will provide support in monthly maintenance.  We can recommend trainings that go more in depth, but the goal of Foundations is to provide a solution until a business grows to the point where they are ready to delegate this function.

No, there’s no long-term commitment. You can continue the monthly membership for as long as you find the support valuable, and you’re free to cancel anytime.

After your training, you’ll have access to your custom video tutorial and ongoing support through monthly office hours. You can always book discounted one-on-one sessions for additional help as needed.

Most clients complete the setup and training process within 4 weeks, depending on scheduling and the complexity of their financial data.

Absolutely! Foundations is a great starting point, and when you’re ready to upgrade to a full-service solution, we can make that transition seamless.

The fee of the set up and training is $650.  This does not include clean up of existing financial systems. 

After the set up and training period, the monthly fee is $97.  This fee includes access to monthly office hours plus a 50% discount on one-on-one troubleshooting and system reviews.
